Thank you for choosing Big Breakfast Catering. We are here to give you a little insight of how we function on site whether it is at your home or in office. We serve D.C., Maryland and Virginia.

We are a fully onsite provider. We are based out of Fulton, Maryland but are only traveling onsite. All the hot food we provide is made to order. A great example of this would be the chipotle style set up . If you would like onion peppers and bacon with cheddar  just ask. We’ll make it hot and ready on the spot. It only takes about 2 and a half minutes per person and a typical set up serves 4 to 5 guests at a time. We can serve a party of 30 people in under an hour if everyone comes at once. Some like extra time such as an additional 30 minutes if they expect late arrivals for a small additional fee. We also provide a hassle free time adjustment on the spot of 30 minutes. If we are set up and ready to go at 7:30 AM. but our cook time is 8:00 - 9:00 A.M., if you’d like us to start early we can! Which means, if you’d like us to start at 7:30 A.M. the new end time would be 8:30 A.M. If you would like us to start at 7:30 but end at 9:00 A.M. and add an extra 30 minutes that’s fine as well. Just let us know so we can confirm with the office. Some days we have back to back events and need to be prompt.
